Here we have attached some great home workouts for you to try. Good luck and let your teacher know if you complete these at home.
The first 11 workouts are for 5 minutes but after that they are for 8 minutes. If you find you need more of a challenge repeat the same video two or three times! You could even try completing as many videos as you can but remember to drink plenty of water.
